Ready to streamline your orders from delivery platforms into your WinOrder POS system? Follow the steps below to activate your integration with Mergeport.

Step 1: Prepare Your Credentials
Before starting the setup in WinOrder, you’ll need two pieces of information from your Mergeport dashboard:
- Restaurant ID
- API Key
🔐 You’ll find both in the “Configuration” section of your Mergeport Controller.
Step 2: Configure Mergeport in WinOrder
- Open WinOrder and navigate to the
“Online Shop Setup Wizard” (Online-Shop Einrichtungsassistent). - When prompted to select your platform, choose MERGEPORT.
- Enter the following credentials:
- Username: Your Restaurant ID
- Password: Your API Key
- Confirm the setup and finish the wizard.
🔄 WinOrder will now start receiving orders from connected platforms via Mergeport.
After Integration
- All orders from delivery platforms like Wolt, Uber Eats, and Lieferando will be automatically pushed into WinOrder.
- No more manual entry – just seamless synchronization between delivery platforms and your POS.
