POS Integration with Wix Restaurants (new)
The new integration via WIX Automations allows you to reliably transmit online orders directly to MERGEPORT. This guide walks you through the setup of the HTTP request and restaurant assignment in MERGEPORT – step by step.

Create a New Automation in WIX
Log in to your WIX Dashboard
Go to the Automations section
Click on + New Automation
Select “Start from Scratch”
Enter a name, e.g. “Send Order to Mergeport”
Choose the following trigger:
Wix Restaurants Orders (New) → Order was created
Add HTTP Request Step
Click on + Add Step → Action
Select “Send an HTTP Request”
Fill in the following details:
Method: POST
Webhook URL:
https://ordering.mergeport.com/v4/hooks/wix/order/Body: Select Entire Payload (default)
Set Restaurant ID in MERGEPORT
To match the order to the correct restaurant in MERGEPORT, you must set the WIX Site ID as the Restaurant ID in the MERGEPORT Controller.
You can find the Site ID in the URL of your WIX Dashboard:

→ Restaurant ID: e0e5ef69-2cb5-4dcf-b393-608a07f6f2b9
Please enter this ID in the MERGEPORT Controller for the corresponding restaurant.
Additional Notes
Only orders from the new WIX menu are transmitted
Please verify your item mappings after setup – item IDs may differ from previous configurations
