Automatically transfer online orders to your POS system – here’s how

With MERGEPORT, orders from platforms like Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats, or Foodora can be automatically transferred into your POS system. This eliminates the need for manual order entry, saving time and reducing errors.

1. Make sure your POS system is compatible with MERGEPORT: https://www.mergeport.com/integrate

2. Open the MERGEPORT Controller at https://controller.mergeport.com and create a restaurant.

3. In the configuration, select the desired ordering platform and connect it with your account (e.g. Lieferando customer number, Wolt login, Uber Eats or Foodora credentials).

4. Once the integration is active, orders from the platforms are automatically transmitted to the POS system in real time.

5. Status updates such as “order accepted” or “delivery time adjusted” are sent back directly from the POS system to the platform.
