Where can I enter the article IDs for Uber Eats?

The POS Item IDs can be set in the Uber Eats Menu Management.
You can use the field "External ID" or "External Data". In case both are set, External Data will override the External ID. The External Data can always be set, also if Uber Eats Menu Management (also called Menu Maker) has been disabled. Once the POS integration is active, Uber Eats sometimes deactivates the “Menu Maker” to modify the online menu and changes have to be made via the POS Menu Sync.
However, it is possible to request a re-activation of the “Menu Maker” via the Uber Eats support. The MERGEPORT Support can also handle this for you.
