Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Enter contact email
Enter your email address and accept the MERGEPORT Terms of Service. You’ll then be automatically redirected to the next step.
Step 2: Enter Restaurant Name
Enter your restaurant name.
⚠️ Make sure your POS system (e.g. WinOrder) and your preferred ordering platform (e.g. Wolt) are supported by MERGEPORT.
Step 3: Choose a payment method
Select your preferred payment model and a payment method.
Click the payment button to proceed to secure checkout. After successful payment, you’ll be directed to the platform connection step.
Step 4: Connect Wolt to MERGEPORT
Click the “+” icon in the MERGEPORT dashboard and select Wolt.
You’ll see a “Sign in” button – click it.
You will be redirected to Wolt:
Log in with your Wolt credentials
Select the appropriate restaurant
Confirm by clicking “Authorize”
After successful linking, you’ll be redirected back to MERGEPORT. You will now see:
Your Restaurant ID (username)
Your API Key (password)
📋 Click the values to copy them to your clipboard. Keep them safe – you’ll need them in the next step.
Step 6: Configure MERGEPORT in WinOrder
Open the Online Shop Setup Wizard in WinOrder.
Select MERGEPORT (or possibly “Wolt”) as provider.
Enter your Restaurant ID as the username and API Key as the password.
Click Save – done!
Your Wolt account is now connected to your WinOrder POS system. All orders will be automatically transferred – no manual input needed.
👉 You can add more platforms at any time via MERGEPORT.
